Poha Recipe – Asaan aur Swadisht Nashta 

Agar aap ek halka-phulka, healthy aur tasty nashta dhoond rahe hain, toh Poha perfect choice hai! Ye ek popular Indian breakfast dish hai jo jaldi ban jata hai aur digestion ke liye bhi accha hota hai. 
Aaj hum aapke liye lekar aaye hain poha ki easy aur authentic recipe.  

                                                                                                                                                            

Poha Banane Ke Liye Ingredients:

(2 logon ke liye)

  • 1 cup Poha (flattened rice)  
  • 1 Chhoti pyaz (bareek kati hui)  
  • 1 Hari mirch (bareek kati hui)  
  • ½ cup Mungfali (peanuts)  
  • 1 Chhota aloo (chhoti cubes me kata)  
  • ½ Chhoti chamach Haldi powder  
  • ½ Chhoti chamach Rai (mustard seeds)  
  • 4-5 Curry leaves  
  • ½ Chhoti chamach Namak (ya swaad anusar)  
  • ½ Chhoti chamach Chini (optional)  
  • 1 Chhoti chamach Lemon juice  
  • 1 Chhoti chamach Hara dhaniya (garnishing ke liye)  
  • 2 Chhoti chamach Tel

Poha Banane Ki Vidhi: -

Step 1: Poha ko dhokar tayar karein

  • Poha ko 2 baar paani se dhokar chhan lein taki wo halka soft ho jaye.  
  • Usme thoda namak aur chini daal kar halka sa mix karein aur side me rakh dein.  

Step 2: Tadka tayar karein -

  • Ek kadhai me tel garam karein aur usme mungfali bhun lein jab tak wo halka golden ho jayein. Fir unhe nikal kar side me rakh dein.  
  • Usi kadhai me rai, curry leaves aur hari mirch daal kar ek minute tak bhun lein.  

Step 3: Sabziyon ko bhunein -

  • Ab usme bareek kati hui pyaz aur aloo daal kar 3-4 minute tak achhe se pakne dein.  
  • Jab aloo soft ho jaye, tab usme haldi powder daal kar achhe se mix karein.  

Step 4: Poha milayein -

  • Ab jo poha humne ready kiya tha, use tadke me daal dein aur halke haath se mix karein taki wo toot na jaye.  
  • 2 minute tak low flame par pakaein taki saari flavors achhe se mix ho jayein.  

Step 5: Final Touch -

  • Upar se bhuni hui mungfali aur lemon juice daal kar mix karein.  
  • Hara dhaniya se garnish karein aur garam-garam serve karein!  

                                                                                                                                                            


Tips for Best Poha:

✔ Soft Poha ka secret – Use dhone ke baad jyada time tak na chhodein, warna wo chipak sakta hai.  

✔ Crunchy Mungfali ke liye – Pehle se fry karke side me rakhein aur baad me mix karein.  

✔ Zyada Healthy Banana Chahein – Isme matar, gajar ya moong dal bhi daal sakte hain.
