Aajkal kaun nahi jaanta Maggi ke baare mein? Ye woh magical noodle hai jo hum sab ke liye ek comfort food ban gayi hai, chahe woh college ke din ho ya office ka stress. Maggi ki recipe itni simple aur quick hai ki bas 2 minute mein apne stomach ki cravings ko satisfy kar sakte hain. Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Maggi noodles
  • 1 ½ cups paani (water)
  • Maggi masala (jo Maggi ke packet mein hota hai)
  • Optional:
    • Vegetables (corn, peas, carrots, capsicum)
    • Butter or ghee (for extra taste)
    • A pinch of chili powder or oregano (for some extra zing)

Instructions: -

  • Pehle Paani Garam Karo: Ek pan mein 1 ½ cups paani daalo aur usse achhe se garam hone do. Aapko water bilkul boil karna hai, bas thoda thoda bubbly hona chahiye.

  • Maggi Noodles Daalo: Paani boil ho jaaye toh Maggi noodles ko usmein daal do. Agar aapko crispy noodles chahiye, toh noodles ko thoda break karke daal sakte ho. Agar aapko soft noodles chahiye, toh bas whole noodle pack daalo.

  • Maggi Masala Lagao: Maggi ke packet mein jo masala hota hai, use paani mein daal do. Phir achhe se mix karlo taaki masala noodles mein achhe se ghul jaye.

  • Cooking Time: Ab noodles ko 3-5 minutes ke liye boil hone do. Aapko dekhna hai ki noodles soft ho jaayein, lekin kuch log zyada cook karke thoda soupy bhi bana dete hain.

  • Customization Karna Hai? Agar aap vegetables add kar rahe hain, toh unhe noodles ke saath cook kar sakte hain. Ek tip hai — aap ghee ya butter bhi daal sakte hain, taaki noodles ka taste thoda creamy aur rich ho jaaye.

  • Final Touch! Jab noodles perfect consistency mein aa jaayein, tab unhe plate mein daalo. Agar aapko extra spicy chaahiye, toh chili powder ya oregano daal sakte hain.
