» Bazaar Jaise Aloo Ke Pakode Ghar Par Banane Ki Recipe
» Samagri (Ingredients):
- 3 bade aloo (patle slices me kate hue)
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- 2 tbsp chawal ka atta (rice flour) – crispy banane ke liye
- 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1/2 tsp hing (asafoetida)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp adrak lehsun paste (ginger-garlic paste)
- Thoda sa hara dhaniya (chopped coriander)
- Pani (water) – batter banane ke liye
- Tel (oil) – talne ke liye
» Vidhi (Method):
Aloo ki tayari: Aloo ko patle slices me kaat kar thoda namak lagakar 5 minute ke liye rakh dein. Phir unhe pani se dhoke sukhne dein.
Batter banayein: Ek bade bowl me besan, chawal ka atta, haldi, lal mirch, ajwain, hing, namak, garam masala aur adrak-lehsun paste daal kar achi tarah mix karein. Ab thoda-thoda pani daal kar gadha batter tayar karein.
Tel garam karein: Kadhai me tel garam karein. Tel itna garam ho ki pakoda talne par turant phool jayein.
Pakode talna: Aloo ke slices ko batter me ache se lapet kar garam tel me daal dein. Madhyam-aanch par golden brown hone tak tal lein.
Pakode tayar: Pakode ko tissue paper par nikal kar extra tel soak kar lein.
Serve Karne Ka Tarika:
Garam-garam pakode ko dhaniya-pudina chutney ya tamatar ketchup ke sath enjoy karein!
