Masala Dosa Recipe
Yeh lo ek simple aur tasty South Indian dish ki recipe "Masala Dosa" jo tum ghar par asaani se bana sakte ho!
(4-5 dosas ke liye)
Ingredients:
- Dosa Batter ke liye:
- 2 cup rice (chawal)
- ½ cup urad dal
- ¼ cup poha (flattened rice)
- 1 tsp methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
- Salt (namak) - swad anusar
- Pani (water) - batter ke consistency ke liye
- Aloo Masala ke liye:
- 3-4 medium boiled aloo (alu)
- 1 pyaz (onion) - patla kata hua
- 2 hari mirch (green chili) - chopped
- 1 tsp rai (mustard seeds)
- 7-8 kari patta (curry leaves)
- 1 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 1 tsp sookha dhaniya powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil
Step 1: Dosa Batter Banana
- Chawal, urad dal, poha aur methi dana ko 6-8 ghante ke liye pani mein bhigo do.
- Paani nikal kar sabko mixer grinder mein dal do aur halka paani daal ke smooth paste bana lo.
- Is batter ko kam se kam 8-10 ghante ferment hone do.
- Fermentation ke baad namak mila kar acche se mix kar lo.
Step 2: Aloo Masala Banana
- Ek pan mein oil garam karo, usme rai aur kari patta daal do.
- Ab isme pyaz aur hari mirch daal kar halka bhun lo.
- Haldi, namak, aur dhaniya powder daal kar mix karo.
- Uble hue aloo ko mash karke daal do aur acche se mila lo.
- Last mein lemon juice daal kar mix karo aur gas band kar do.
Step 3: Dosa Banana
- Tawa garam karo, thoda tel ya makkhan laga lo.
- Ek karchi batter daal kar gol gol ghumate hue patla spread kar lo.
- Jab dosa crisp ho jaye, beech mein aloo masala rakh kar fold kar do.
- Garma-garam dosa ko nariyal chutney aur sambhar ke saath enjoy karo!
